We offer the services of an external accountant for your Czech business.
– prices are built regarding the number of monthly documents to process.
– in case of a small number of invoices, we charge a minimum monthly amount for our services.
– depreciations of long-term property are counted into the price, you pay only for booking the document.

How to count monthly price? For example, if we have 10 issued and 10 received invoices and their payments on the monthly bank statement. For your accounting it means booking of 40 documents.

Consultancy on administrative matters of making business in the Czech Republic is a strong additional value of our services:
– on questions as ‘How could I buy a car on my company?’ or ‘Should I use Czech VAT on my invoices in case XY?’ our clients receive advice without further charges.
– if administrative matters request some active help (writing letters or going to authorities…), we charge them at common hourly rate.

Support of a law firm in business matters in the Czech Republic
– if you need writing/checking a contract or defend your business interests with help of an attorney, we could arrange a service of professional speaking your language;
– no brokerage charges, special prices for our clients!

Salaries management for employees
– making contract for employment according to your needs;
– registration/checkout of employee by the authorities;
– monthly payrolls and annual reports at one price for one employee;
– consultations on other employee issues, possibly with cooperation of our partner Advocate office;

Tax returns
– annual tax returns for individuals and companies;
– analysis of tax base changes;

– mainly for individuals wanting to keep administration in own hands;
– explaining the principles of fiscal recording (simple accounting) in the begins;
